Thirty years in software engineering and data science, with an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins. Previously CTO at One Healthcare Solution, where he built a cloud-based EHR platform and deployed LLM agents for patient monitoring and care-team communication, the problem space Kestrel's healthcare pilot runs in today.
